Help finding your VW paint code.

Paint Codes For Volkswagen

Volkswagen has a few paint code locations within the trunk. Check under the trunk deck lid, inside the rear compartment, under the mat, on the spare tyre wheel well or on the inside cover of the service manual.

The paint code is on a white sticker known as the vehicle data sticker, this sticker will have many other codes on it including your chassis number, interior, type, engine and transmission codes.

A VW Paint Color Code is typically made up of 4 digits, a combination of letters and numbers, for example:  L041 would be (Matt) Black whilst LC9X is (metallic) Deep Black Pearl.

Currently to-date there are 3037 VW paint colour codes, far to many to list, but if you still need help with your VW paint code, then just call with your chassis number or registration and we can tell you what it is (*providing it is original paint work of coarse). 01245 36 20 20

You can also submit a part request for in colour parts, providing you supply your registration with your parts request.
